I cant go into target with out perusing through the cosmetic section or the whole store for that matter. On my last trip I picked up some new E.L.F. products (new in store not to their website) and some new Loreal products.
Ooh I was just at Target a couple of days ago and I couldn't take a look at their makeup aisles too much since they were reorganizing and had their carts blocking everything. Hopefully they were reorganizing for all the new products!
