Picked up this Shadow a few weeks ago and just got around to playing with it this week. Love the staying power it has even with out a primer. Its also only 3$ how can you beat that :) its online at Eyeslipsface or at Target. Very easy to apply wet or dry. Has a bit of glitter in it but nothing over powering or crazy.
Top is swatch dry with no primer underneath, with a primer it comes off a bit darker.
Bottom is swatch wet and man its so bold and bright
That looks like a gorgeous shade and its pretty pigmented when swatched wet. I just might have to try out one of these someday.
